Jason Estrada Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach
At the age of four Jason Estrada fell in love with basketball and with that attraction fitness became an integral part of his life.
As a Freshman in college, he landed his first college internship as a Physical Therapy Aid. Along with the hands on experience Jason networked and developed strong professional sports ties which eventually landed him internships with various NBA team’s along with many other professional and semi professional teams in sports including basketball, footballl, baseball, swimming and golf. Through the guidance of his mentor, former Lakers head strength and conditioning coach, Joe Carbone Jason was ready to take his career to the next level.
Jason is now an elite trainer at Equinox Fitness South Bay with clientele that range from professional athletes to California’s top business executives. As a recipient of Equinox's Most Valuable Trainer Award in 2008, Jason’s stellar performance currently ranks him in the top 5% of all Equinox Personal Trainers.
However it does not stop there for Jason, he is also a one-on-one Fitness Program Design Consultant for some of California's top Fitness Coaches, specializes in sport specific training, adaptive land and aquatic rehabilitation, children’s fitness, as well as functional program designing. The September 2009 issue of Shape Magazine features Jason as he shows millions of their readers exercise secrets to maintaining great abs.
From a four year-old’s love for fitness to a reputation that is buzzing around the fitness world Jason is ready to take all that he has learned and give new meaning to what it means to stay fit.
